The Northern Virginia real estate market has rebounded strongly and homes that are in good condition and priced correctly are getting contracts fast... often in a few days or less.
The pricing bottom occured in 1st quarter 2009 and much of the equity lost to sellers in the price plummet from the highs of 2006 have been recovered.
Great for sellers...tough on buyers.
The following information lists current home sales activity as well as tracks sales trends over the last 6 months. The large Franklin Farm neighborhood has homes that are listed in 3 communities. Some can be found in Fairfax zip code 22033 with some in the Herndon and Oak Hill zip of 20171.

Its tree lined streets are inviting and its amenities and close proximity to employment and shopping make it a great place to live.

The major Tech Corridor artery of Route 28 is 1.5 miles away. Great schools serve the community and transportation options, shopping and entertainment abound.
