Active Rain Listing Juice

One reason you should be blogging and as well as posting your listings on Burke Centre 3 bedroom townhouse for sale Bachman RE/MAXActive Rain is because it gets you and your properties seen.

In addition to selling our listings, part of our job is to keep our sellers happy during the process, partly by showing them that we understand the Internet and how to use social media to get their property seen.

I have lapsed in our  listing postings on should not...and I should revert to my disciplined self.

The following online ad that I first posted 2/21/2015 as a "coming soon" announcement and then converted to a "For Sale" ad has received over 1000 click throughs as of this morning,,,crazy huh?...

Burke Centre Townhouse for sale Bachman RE/MAXI Tweeted this beauty a couple times and our clients posted the link on their personal Facebook pages.

Yesterday, the first day on the market (a Wednesday in a cold, snow covered neighborhood) there were 4 showings with more scheduled for today. Last night, a buyer's agent called at 9:30 to gather more data to prepare an offer.

Good start :-)
