The best way to see what schools may serve any particular home you are considering is to check the Loudoun County School Locater website by entering in the address of any home you plan to purchase.
School boundaries change and 3rd party online school info is not always up to date or accurate.
A follow up email or phone call to the school would also be advisable.

Also if you want to buy new construction, don't forget that the agent on site works for the builder...not you.

The builder contracts can run 40+ pages and your size-able deposit is seldom refundable.
