When you look at the sales data below, you will see that winter 2016 home sales were crazy good...44 town homes, 21 condos and 37 detached properties sold in the 20148 zip code since January 1. That is HUGE for a relatively small area by Northern Virginia standards.

If you Google "homes for Sale in Broadlands"...it is possible that you will pull up the neighborhoods of Broadlands South, Broadlands Station, and Park Glen at Broadlands.

You will also find that the major communities of Brambleton, Broadlands and Loudoun Valley Estates share the 20148 zip code while the original Ashburn, Ashburn Farms and Ashburn Village can be found at 20147.

The best way to see what schools may serve any particular home you are considering is to check the Loudoun County School Locator website by entering in the address of any home you plan to purchase.

School boundaries change and 3rd party online school info is not always up to date or accurate.

A follow up email or phone call to the school would also be advisable.
